Refund and Exchange Policy

We aim to keep things simple and fair. Here’s how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, memberships, and packages.

Petit Play Café – Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Petit Play Café, we aim to create a delightful and stress-free experience for our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve designed our policy to be as flexible and fair as possible while ensuring we can continue to provide the best service for all families.

1. Drop-In Play Sessions & Events
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a cancellation or disruption is caused by Petit Play Café (e.g., facility closures, system errors, or overbooking).
In all other cases, refunds are not available.
Rescheduling Due to Weather
If Petit Play Café must close due to inclement weather or safety concerns, your session or event will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Non-Attendance by Guest
If you are unable to attend a booked session or event for any reason, we are happy to reschedule your booking for a future date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests must be made before the start time of your original booking.
2. Party & Private Event Bookings
Cancellation Policy
14 Days or More Before Event:
 A full refund of your deposit or payment will be issued.
Within 14 Days of Event:
 Refunds are not available. However, we will:
Offer to reschedule your party to a new available date, or
Work with you to find a creative solution that works for both parties (e.g., converting to event credit, applying payment toward a future party or group event).
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
In the rare event Petit Play Café must cancel due to an emergency, facility issue, or extreme weather, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a full refund.
3. Memberships & Packages
Memberships, multi-pass play packages, and other bundled offers are non-refundable once activated.
In the event of a Petit Play Café closure, all active memberships or passes will be extended to ensure you receive the full value.
4. General Terms
Rescheduling Limit:
Sessions and events may be rescheduled once without penalty.
Additional rescheduling requests may incur a small administrative fee.
No-Show Policy:
If you miss a session or event without notifying us in advance, it will be considered used and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Credits:
At our discretion, Petit Play Café may offer event credits instead of refunds in certain circumstances. Credits are valid for six months from the date of issue.
