Welcome to Petit Play Café (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, play facilities, events, memberships, and any other offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. 
1. Overview
Petit Play Café is a family-friendly indoor play and café experience located in [Woburn, MA]. We provide curated play areas, café services, memberships, birthday party packages, and special events for children and their families.
2. Eligibility
Our play space is designed for children ages 0-6years old. Siblings of children within this age range are always welcome, as long as they do not disrupt play for younger children and violate our Rules of Play. 
While our staff does offer supervision, all children must remain near a responsible adult at all times unless enrolled in a supervised program.
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Website Use
By accessing www.petitplaycafe.com (the “Site”), you agree:
To provide accurate and complete information when making reservations, purchases, or registrations.
Not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or to disrupt its functionality.
That we may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time without notice.
4. Reservations, Memberships & Payments
4.1. Drop-In Play & Café Purchases
All play session reservations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled when possible.
Café purchases are final at the time of sale.
4.2. Memberships
Memberships grant benefits such as unlimited play sessions, discounts, and early access to events. For more, please visit our “Memberships” page.
Memberships auto-renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing date.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ prior notice.
4.3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees.
5. Rules of Play
To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone:
Socks are required in all play areas for both children and adults.
No outside food or beverages are permitted (except baby bottles, allergy-specific items and items expressly authorized by management).
Rough play, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Petit Play Café reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if safety rules are violated.
6. Health & Safety
While our staff does supervise children in play, parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times and must remain on the premises at all times..
Children who are visibly ill (fever, vomiting, contagious symptoms) may not use the play areas.
We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitization procedures but cannot guarantee the prevention of all illnesses.
7. Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By entering Petit Play Café and using our facilities:
You acknowledge that play carries inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your child’s safety.
You release Petit Play Café, its owners, and employees from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during participation in our Services.
8. Event Bookings & Parties
Deposits for party packages are non-refundable but may be applied to future bookings with at least 14 days’ notice.
You are responsible for any damages to facilities or equipment caused by your guests during your event.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, photos, and materials on our Site and within our café are owned by Petit Play Café.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
10. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy [link]. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Petit Play Café is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
